5-in-1 Monochrome Laser Multi-Function Centre (MFC)
Designed for any small businesses or networked office/workgroup, the MFC-7840N can achieve high-speed printing and copying speeds of up to 22ppm and high resolution scanning and printing of up to HQ1200. Coupled with a super G3 fax modem, the MFC-7840N features rapid fax transmission in approximately two seconds and a 500-page out of paper memory to store all the important documents received via fax when the machine is out of paper. The MFC-7840N also significantly reduce running cost with the available high-yield toner. While the advance PC Fax Receive feature enables the elimination of junk mail through previewing before printing to further reduce toner and paper wastage. With the additional advanced scan-to-FTP and scan-to-Email server functions, business users will be able to share their files conveniently by uploading them on the server directly to save time and effort. Enjoy seamless network integration with the built-in network card and easy printer management. With the bundled embedded web browser, email notifications can be sent automatically to the administrators/users when toner is low or attention is required. To provide greater control over document security, the MFC-7840N comes with a Secure Print function as well as Secure Function Lock feature to allow user restrictions to certain features such as print and fax with a 4-digit code.
